PRIME runs free workshops in cities around the UK for people thinking about starting their own businesses in their in their 50s, 60s and 70s. These short taster sessions of three to six hours are designed to help you make up your mind about whether working for yourself as a self-employed person in your own small businesses is the right thing for you.
You get to hear from people who have gone ahead and done it, and find out what resources are available in your local area to help. Many events also include a speed networking session, to give you practice in talking about your business or business idea. We hope you come away with a plenty to think about and a have better feel for whether self-employment is a viable option for you.
